Renovation and restoration  Stone Mason's, Inc., takes great pride in the undertaking of renovation and restoration projects.  After many years (50 and more), some stone masonry projects begin to suffer the effects of the elements.  Most  often deterioration takes place as the mortar cracks, allowing moisture inside and repeatedly freezes and thaws.  Sometimes, with sandstones and other soft or shale stones, the actual stone deteriorates.   In either case, remedial action is necessary to preserve the projects beauty.  Stone Masons carefully removes deteriorated stone and mortar and carefully matches the original product.
